摘要
利用传热理论和有限元方法进行热—结构耦合分析,计算水泥稳定碎石基层结构在降温过程中的温度收缩应力。根据水泥稳定碎石基层温度收缩应力与计算模型长度的关系曲线以及材料的极限抗拉强度,得出温度收缩裂缝的理论间距。通过对水泥稳定碎石基层温度收缩裂缝理论间距影响因素的分析,提出减少温度收缩裂缝的控制措施。
In this paper, the thermal and structural coupling is analyzed by means of the thermodynamics and the fini element method. The temperature shrinkage stress of cement-stabilized crushed stone base is calculated with the temperature falling. According to the tensile strength of the cement-stabilized crushed stone base and the relationship between the length of the calculated model of the base course and the temperature shrinkage stress, the granularity of the temperature shrinkage cracks is educed. The influential factors of the granularity of the temperature shrinkage cracks are analyzed, with the method for controlling temperature shrinkage cracks put forward.
