摘要
利用低剂量中子辐射刺激生长技术,对幼青虾进行了6个不同中子注量处理;分析了不同中子注量对青虾生长指数、体长、体重、规格和产量等性状的影响。研究结果表明:用(4.0~8.0)×105中子/厘米2中子注量处理幼青虾,经过124天的池塘养殖,与未进行低剂量中子辐射刺激生长处理的对照相比,青虾平均体长和平均体重比对照组均有增长。在较适宜的中子注量范围(4.5~5.5)×105中子/厘米2内,青虾体长增长20.7%~30.1%,平均体重增长79.4%~150.0%,总产量增长45.9%~291.6%。成虾产量从占原总产量的2.1%,提高到26.7%~40.8%,改变了当年养殖成虾产量极低的生产状况。
Young freshwater shrimps about 125 cm long were irradiated with neutron flux of 40×105,45×105,50×105,55×105,60×105,80×105 n·cm-2 and then cultured as normal to see the irradiation effect on the growth of shirmps.The length and weight of shrimps were measured at intervals of 10 days.The total culture period was 124 days.At the end of the experiment,the shrimps treated with different irradiation doses increased 147%—301% more body length and 238%—1500% more body weight than the untreated control group.Therefore,lowdose neutron irradiation significantly promotes the growth of freshwater shrimps.
