摘要
论述了工程量清单计价模式在招标投标中的应用,阐述了施工和竣工阶段控制工程造价的措施,分析了实施工程量清单计价方法存在的问题,并针对性地提出了解决问题的对策,以达到有效控制工程造价的目的。
It discusses the application of pattern in tender and bid. It illustrates the measures of construction project cost control in and after construction, analyses the problems existing in resilience detailed list counts method and gives resolutions respectively, so as to control project cost effectively.
