为了有效控制工程造价,分析了目前高速公路设计阶段造价控制存在的问题,并从设计管理、技术创新、科学理论指导等方面采取相应的措施,从而提高工程设计质量和投资资金的效率。
To control project cost effectively, it analyses the problems existing in the design stage of freeway at present and puts forward measures that should be taken from design management, technology innovation and scientific theories, which, will improve the quality of project design and the efficiency of investment.
