摘要
提出定性和定量指标相结合的方法对公益性建设项目经济评价方法进行初步的研究,指出对这类项目的经济评价方法的研究,将有助于为该类项目投资决策提供更为准确的参考依据。
The paper undertakes the primary study on methods of the economic judgment in public welfare by combing the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Furthermore, it points out the ways how to give economic judgment to these projects and it is helpful to provide more precise reference for making decision to invest on these projects.
