摘要
简单介绍了目前市政工程项目采用的几种评标方法,根据多年从事项目管理的经验,就设计质量控制和招投标评标定标方法上存在的问题作了探讨,并提出了处理对策,对业主的工程项目管理工作开展和工程质量控制具有重要意义。
The paper briefly introduces several evaluation methods adopted in municiple administration. Meanwhile, according to many years＇ experience engaging to items management, discusses deeply the existed problems for design quality controling and submission and tender bid in the method of evaluating and fixing bid, and then proposes treatment countermeasures. Which will have enough importance to practice engineering items management for employees and engineering quality＇s controling.
