摘要
通过调查和分析研究,从企业领导的务实创新、提高创新能力、创建学习型企业、建立独具特色的企业文化等方面提出了国有煤炭企业实现可持续发展的若干途径,从而加快企业的发展步伐。
Through the research and analysis investigation, the paper considerates and proposes many aspects, which includes working efficien cy and creativity, creation ability＇ improvement, creating enterprise with good study atmosphere, and builds up characteristic enterprise cul ture and so on. These approaches will be helpful to achieve the sustainable development of state-owned coal enterprises, and promote its devel opment pace.
