摘要
该规划按照养殖类型和养殖品种进行了比较科学合理的调整、配置和布局,对养殖海域进行科学规划,为合理开发利用养殖海域,提高养殖海域利用率,有效保护养殖海域生态环境,加快完善和推进养殖管理制度,为促进水产养殖业的可持续发展提供科学依据。预测实施该规划后,到2015年总养殖面积为16816.75hm2,预计总产值可以达到92.4亿元左右。
The planning which according to the style and the species of aquaculture, makes a scientific reasonable adjustmonts configuration and loyout. It supplies scientific basis to empolder breed aquatics sea area, make good use of breed aquatics sea area, protect the breed aquatics sea area entironment, perfect and advance the breed aquatics administrant system, and accelerate the aquiculture continuance development. After the planning that the total aquacuture area will reach 16816.75hm^2 until 2015, and the production value will attain to 92.4 billion yuan.
