青蛙骨骼染色透明标本的制作及应用 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]不通过一般解剖方法直接观察青蛙体内整体骨骼的形态和位置关系。[方法]选活蛙经去内脏(去皮或不去皮)或清洁消化道后用95%酒精或5%~10%福尔马林液固定,然后脱水、脱脂、再脱水和染色。[结果]使用化学药品和方法可以将青蛙骨骼染色制成透明标本,达到一般解剖方法难以观察到的青蛙整体骨骼的位置关系和形态。[结论]本法可广泛应用于实验教学和陈列展览。 [Objective] Not through general anatomic methods to observe the relationship between the form and position of frog's skeleton. [Methods] Selected a live frog, abscised its innards (flayed or not flayed) or made it fixed with 95% .alcobol or 5%-10% formalin after cleaned the alimentary canal, then dewatered, defatted, dewatered it once more and dyed it. [Results] Using chemicals and methods can dye frog's skeleton and make it transparent specimen, then can observe the rela-tionship between the form and position of frog's skeleton instead of general anatomic methods.[Conclusion] It should be widely used in experiment, teaching and exposition.
