阿奇霉素与山莨菪碱联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨阿奇霉素与山茛菪碱联合使用治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:72例支气管肺炎患儿按就诊顺序随机分为两组,每组36例。对照组采用头孢塞肟钠治疗,治疗组采用阿奇霉素联合山莨菪碱治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组在发热消退、咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难缓解、肺部固定湿口罗音消失等方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素、山莨菪碱联合治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
