摘要
新时期以来中国脑力劳动者收入状况,可以从三个角度进行分析:同脑力劳动者阶层自身比较,收入普遍有了提高;同体力劳动者比较,脑力劳动者收入的变化先后经历了典型的"脑体倒挂"、一般的"脑体倒挂"、"脑体正挂"三个阶段;在脑力劳动者阶层内部比较,收入增长极不平衡。这些状况出现的原因,可以从生产力、生产关系、上层建筑等方面进行分析。效率和公平的关系问题是社会主义的核心问题,我们应从这样的高度正确认识和对待脑力劳动者收入问题。
The economic income of Chinese brainworkers since the reform and opening up may be observed from the following three perspectives:compared with themselves,brainworkers now generally have a higher economic income;compared with the manual laborers,the economic income of the brainworkes has experienced three stages:the typical irrational income differential between brainworkers and manual laborers in favor of the latter,the general irrational income differential be- tween brainworkers and manual laborers in favor of the latter and the normal income differential be- tween brainworkers and manual laborers in favor of the former,within the stratum of the brain- workers,there has appeared a quite unbalanced income growth.The causes for these problems can be analyzed in the light of the productive forces,the relations of production and the superstructure. The relationship between efficiency and faimess is a key question to socialism and we must under- stand and treat correctly this issue of economic income of brainworkers from such a high plane.
