摘要
本文采用Liu and Leendertse的三维有限差分格式,模拟了8309号台风在南海北部引起的风暴潮和风海流。垂直涡动粘性系数采用混合长度理论。计算与实测的台风风暴潮的增水曲线形状趋势和峰值均符合良好。本文着重分析了台风风海流的水平和垂直变化。
The three-dimensional finite-difference Scheme proposed by Liu and Leendertse (1978) is employed to simulate the storm surge and current by the typhoon 8309 (Ellen, 1983) in the north-eastern part of the South China Sea. The vertical eddy viscosity is derived based on the mixing-length theory. The model-produced storm surge heights are in good agreement with the observed ones. The computation shows that the maximum speed of the typhoon-generated current occurs at a time 1-4 hours after the time r.f the local maximum wind speed and the maximum speed at lowest layer (60 m below surface to the bottom) for the locations with depths of about 100 m can still reach as large as 2/3 of the maximum speed at the surface layer.
