摘要 提出基于C语言集成产生式系统(C language integrated production system,CLIPS)的火电厂实时故障诊断系统设计方案。该方案使用专家系统工具CLIPS构建知识库并作为推理机,采用VisualC++编程语言实现数据采集、与数据库的交互及人机界面功能,采用SQL SERVER数据库存储动态过程数据和故障信息等。系统的测试平台采用基于虚拟分散控制系统的仿真系统。运行及测试结果表明,该系统能够快速、准确地对火电厂锅炉和汽机系统相关故障进行实时监测和诊断,对生产具有指导意义。 Based on C language integrated production system (CLIPS), a design scheme of real-time fault diagnosis expert system for thermal power plant is proposed. In this scheme the expert system tool CLIPS is adopted to build knowledge base and is used as the reasoning machine; the Visual C++ programming language is used to implement data acquisition, interaction with data base and man-machine interface; the SQL server is adopted to storage dynamic process data and fault information, etc. A virtual distributed control system (DCS) based power simulation system is utilized as the testing platform of the proposed expert system. Testing results and operational experiences show that with the proposed fault diagnosis expert system, the real-time monitoring and diagnosis of relevant faults of boilers and steam turbines in thermal power plant are realized, so the proposed expert system is practicable.
