摘要 建立了风力、水力双驱动发电模型,分析了其最优运行方式,即在风能充足时主要依靠风力发电,还可以利用多余电能将低处的水抽到高处的蓄水池中储存起来,弥补枯水期的用水不足;当风能不足或进入无风期时,再释放高处水库中的水来推动水轮机,实现风力水力协调运行发电。最后通过算例分析揭示了在风电、水电之间分配负荷的内在规律,说明了通过水电配合可以减少风电的不平稳影响。 A power generation model doubly driven by wind power and hydraulic power is proposed and its optimal operating mode is analyzed. The main idea of the proposed model is that, when wind power is sufficient the generators are driven by wind power and the redundant power is used to pump the water from low spot into the reservoir at high position to make up the insufficient water in dry season; when wind power is insufficient or doldrum season comes, the water stored in the reservoir at high position can be used to drive water turbine, thus the power generation based on coordinated operation of wind power and hydraulic power can be implemented. Results of calculation example reveals the inherent law by which the load is distributed between wind power and hydraulic power, and it is illustrated that by means of the coordination of hydraulic power the impact of non-stationary wind power can be mitigated.
