摘要
豆基配方奶粉是指以大豆蛋白为基质的一种婴儿配方食品,它与普通婴儿配方奶粉相比,提供了一个更加完善合理的婴儿配方营养模式。其设计依据是大豆中含有较为丰富的水溶性蛋白质,主要是球蛋白(94%)和白蛋白(6%)这两部分。大豆分离蛋白的氨基酸组成与牛奶中蛋白质的组成相近,营养丰富,并具有较好的分散性和溶解性。通过对大豆分离蛋白进行水解、纯化能够提高其营养价值,并且更易被人体所吸收。在安全性上,国外一些研究表明使用豆基配方奶粉与使用乳基配方奶粉喂养的婴儿在蛋白质代谢上并没有明显差异。
Soy-base infant formula which is on the base of soy protein is a kind of infant formula food. It, compared with the common infant formula, provids a more consummate and reasonable nutrition mode. The planning is according to containing abundant water-solubility protein in soy and the main protein is globulin(94%) and albumin(6%). The amino acid composition of soy protein isolate is close to the protein of milk. The soy protein isolate contains abundant nutrition and has better dispersibility and dissolubility. By hydrolyzing and purifying soy protein isolate, the nutrition can be raised and ingest easier. In safety,it is indicated in same foreign researches that feeding soy-base infant formula and milk-base formula to infant are evidendy different.
