摘要
对稻壳进行碳化得到的稻壳焦压制成型耐酸、耐热隔热材料并研究其性能。通过浸酸、高温、隔热及力学等实验研究表明,稻壳焦隔热材料在酸性介质和高温环境中具有较高的力学强度和优良的体积稳定性,稻壳焦的多孔性和其碳质粒子的红外阻隔作用、硅质粒子的化学和高温稳定性赋予其制品优良的隔热效应和耐酸耐热特性,其SiO2粒子所具有的水硬胶凝性起着增强作用,提高了隔热制品的力学强度。
Rice husk coke based rice husk was synthesized by carbonization and pressed to thermal insulation materials. The properties of the samples were investigated with the aids of sulphuric acid corrosion, mechanical properties determination and thermal insulating techniques respectively. It is found that the materials were high mechanical strength in sulphuric acid solution, stable volume at high temperature. The material was endowed with low thermal conductivity by infrared screening effects and pores from rice husk coke, and with high mechanical strength and acid resistance from SiO2 particles.
