摘要
党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央把加强党的执政能力建设作为一个战略课题提到全党同志面前,并在理论和实践上取得了重大进展。十七大报告专门就党的建设问题作了系统论述。党的执政理论是马克思主义中国化最新成果的重要内容,是提高党的执政能力的科学指南。正确总结党的执政经验,是提高党的执政能力的重要基础和基本条件。自觉运用党的执政规律,是提高党的执政能力的根本要求和鲜明标志。提高各级领导干部的执政能力,是加强党的执政能力建设的重点和关键。提高党的执政能力是一种与时俱进的要求,它的实际内容是发展的、前进的。坚持不懈地加强党的执政能力建设是我们党的一项长期的战略任务。
Since the sixteenth national congress of CPC, The central committee with HU Jingtao as the leading core, have put the whole party a strategic task that strengthen the governing capability and achieved great significance both on theory and practice. The report on seventeenth national congress of CPC systematically narrate on the party construction. The party governing theory is the latest achievements of Marxism localization in china as well as a guide for advancing governing capability. Concluding the party governing experience is the fundamental base for promoting the capability. Consciously using party governing rule is the fundamental requirement and symbol for advancing the capability. Improving the governing capability of leading cadres at various levels is keystone and priority for strengthening the capability. Improving party governing capability is the requirement abreast of time because its contents is developing and progressing. Strengtening construction of the capability always is party＇ s long - term strategic task.
