摘要
目的探讨移植气管组织中TNF-α蛋白表达与管腔狭窄相关性。方法建立兔同种异体气管移植模型,测定移植气管的通畅度,免疫组化方法检测移植气管组织中TNF-α的蛋白表达。结果应用免疫抑制剂,移植物中TNF-α蛋白表达明显下降,管腔轻度狭窄。结论气管移值后TNF-α促进管腔狭窄。
