摘要
通过对杜拉纤维混凝土的配合比进行试验,研究了杜拉纤维掺量对于混凝土的工作性能、力学性能以及耐久性的变化情况。试验表明:在其他材料用量不变的情况下,在混凝土中掺入一定量的杜拉纤维后,其工作性变差,需加大水灰比才能满足工作性的要求;而其力学性能和耐久性能都随着杜拉纤维掺量的不同有了不同程度的提高。尤其是抗折强度、干缩性、抗渗性和耐磨性,有了较大的改善。
By the experimentation of the mix ratio, the working performance, mechanics performance and durability of concrete mixed varied duraflber volume content are studied.The experimentation presents that, while keeping the dosage of other materials changeless, mixing varied du- rafiber into the concrete, the working performance of the concrete becomes poor.But it can be improved by increasing the ratio of water to concrete.The mechanics performance and durability can be improved to different degreee with the varied durafiber volume content, the flexural strength, the ratio of shrinkage, the capability of resist-filter and resist-grind especially evident.
