摘要
合成了一种聚羧酸系超塑化剂,并将其在不同强度等级混凝土中以及水泥-偏高岭土-粉煤灰-磨细矿渣体系中进行了应用,认为:采用该超塑化剂可以配制出不同强度等级的混凝土;随强度等级的增加,超塑化剂掺量略有增加,但C30~C50的掺量基本相当,分析认为,可能是由于聚羧酸系超塑化剂的分子结构较大以及缓凝官能团延缓了吸收的进程所致;可采用偏高岭土代替硅灰配制C60~C70混凝土;偏高岭土掺量较低时聚羧酸系超塑化剂的用量基本与掺硅灰时相同,但掺量增加后,超塑化剂的掺量需增加,分析认为,可能是由于在水化初期偏高岭土易形成钙矾石所致。采用该剂在北京动车段走行线工程以及京津城际轨道交通工程中进行了应用,取得良好的效果。
Polycarboxylate (PC) superplasticizer was synthesized.And it was applied in different grade concrete and cement-metakaolin-fly ash-blast furnace slag system.It is considered that different grade concrete can be prepared using the superplasticizer synthesized successfully.With grade increasing, the dosage of PC enlarges slightly, but in C30-C50 its fraction is approximate, which is perhaps because that the large chemical structure and retarding functional groups in PC delay absorption process.Metakaolin (MK) can be applied to replace silica fume to prepare C60-C70.In C60 that has low MK fraction, dosage of PC is the same to that of silica fume concrete.However, in high MK fraction ( C70 ), it is nec- essary to increase dosage of PC.And this is perhaps because of formation of ettringite at very early age of hydration.And this PC was applied in construction of Jing-Jin express railway and D-train line in Beijing successfully.
