摘要
目的研究达乌尔黄鼠的妊娠情况，对于有效灭鼠和动物间鼠疫监测提供科学依据。方法2005—2007年4—6月在河北省张家口市塞北管理区捕获雌达乌尔黄鼠解剖至盆腔，观察达乌尔黄鼠的胚胎或妊娠斑。结果3年共调查达乌尔黄鼠雌鼠227只，其中怀胎59只，有妊娠斑119只，平均受孕率82．90％，平均怀胎4只，最少4只，最多10只。结论4月底到5月初有利于灭鼠。
Objective To study pregnancy of Citellus dauricus to provide scientific basis for effectively deratization and plague surveillance in animals. Method Citellus dauricus in Saibei District of Zhangjiakou City during the period of April to June from 2005 to 2007 was caught and dissected to the womb to observe embryo and cyasma. Results Totally there were 227 of female Citellus dauricus investigated in three years. Out of them, 59 were pregnant and 163 had cyasma, with the average conception rate of 82.90% and average pregnant number of 4, the least of 4 and the maximum of 10. Conclusions It is benefit for deratization from the end of April to the beginning of May.
