摘要
基于对农村商业银行上市这一热点的关注与思考,从资本充足率、规范自身经营、规范信息披露制度、奠定跨区域发展基础、优化激励机制、资本管理方法多元化等角度论述了农村商业银行上市的意义;并且从经济效益与支扶"三农"的关系、公司内部治理与股权结构优化、人才建设、激励制度创新等方面进行分析,指出农村商业银行上市可能面临的挑战,并提出相关建议。
Based on the attention and consideration on the IPO of rural commercial bank, the significance of the listing of rural commercial bank were discussed from aspects such as capital adequacy, normalizing self-management and information disclosure system, establishing cross-region development basis, optimizing incentive mechanism and diversifying capital management method. The relationship between economic benefit and the ＂Three Agriculture＂ support, structure optimization of internal corporate governance and ownership structure, talents construction, incentive mechanism innovation were analyzed. It was pointed out that the listing of rural commercial bank might face challenge, and relevant suggestions were put forward.
