摘要
[目的]研究生物有机肥在冬暖大棚番茄上的应用效果。[方法]对生物有机肥作番茄营养基质育苗、应用效果对比及用量试验,调查番茄出苗率、生物学性状、品质和产量。[结果]施用生物有机肥、腐熟有机肥配制的营养土育苗,番茄出苗率分别为99.9%、84.5%,发病率分别为0.46%、21.35%。与不施生物有机肥的对照相比,施用生物有机肥的大棚番茄株高、茎粗增加,结果早,增产10.4%,可溶性固形物、粗蛋白、总糖、Vc含量及糖/酸比增加,硝酸盐含量下降明显;大棚番茄施用3 000、4 500 kg/hm2生物有机肥收益分别增加4 725.0、5 887.8元/hm2。[结论]大棚番茄生物有机肥的施用量以3 000~4 500 kg/hm2为宜。
[Objective] The aim was to study the application effect of bio -organic fertilizer on tomato in winter -warm shed. [Method] The experiments on the tomato raising seedling in nutrient medium with bio-organic fertilizer, the comparative effect of applying bio-organie fertilizer and applying dosage were conducted and the emergence rate, biology characters, quality and yield of tomato were investigated, [Result] When the bio-organic fertilizer and the decomposed manure were prepared as the nutrient soil for raising tomato seedling, the emergence rates of tomato were 99.9% and 84.5% and their disease incidence were 0.46% and 21.35% resp. Compared with CK without applying bio-organic fertilizer, applying bio-organic fertilizer increased the plant height and stem thickness and advanced the setting-fruits of the shed tomato, with the yield increasing by 10.4%. The soluble solids, crude protein, total sugar and Ve content and ratio of sugar-acid in shed tomato applied by bio-organic fertilizer were increased and the nitrate content in tomato was reduced obviously. The economic profit of the shed tomato applied by bio -organic fertilizer at 3 000 and 4 500 kg/hm^2 could be increased by 4 725.0 and 5 887.8 yuan/hm^2 resp. [Conclusion] The optimum applying dosage of bio- organic fertilizer was the shed tomato was 3 000-4 500 kg/hm^2.
