摘要
为了应用科学（统计数学，固体物理等）的需要，循环矩阵的逆，广义逆已引起了人们的注意，并发表了一系列的文章。本文将给出［１］结果的推广——结式循环矩阵的逆，广义逆幂与根，并给出了证明。
Owing to the needs of the applied sicence (mathematical statistics,solid state physics and so on), The problem of the inverse and generalized inverse of the cyclic matrix attract people's attention all the time, has publish a series of paper, the aim of this paper is to popularize the result of to resultant cyclic matrix and give a simple proof.
