摘要
讨论了社会选择中的Ａｒｏｗ条件在基数效用（即评分法）下的修改，然后针对一种特定而常用的评分集结规则分析了在基数效用下的Ａｒｏｗ结论，并指出了该规则的可操纵性方面的特点和性质。最后讨论了数据预处理的必要性，得到了一些对实际评估具有指导意义的结论。
This paper discusses Arrow Conditions' modification under the cardinal utility (giving a mark).Then, the Arrow Conclusion under this utility is analysed in the view of a special and usual mark aggregation rule.The rule's some features and properties (manipulation) are pointed out. Finally, data preprocessing's necessities is discussed and some conclusions are gained which have direct meaning to an actual evaluation.
