摘要
介绍了一种新型双子表面活性剂—癸甲丙二醇氯铵季铵盐的合成方法及其与碘络合配制的杀菌剂。探讨了反应温度、反应物摩尔比、溶剂、催化剂对季胺转化率的影响,分析了影响反应产品的色泽与产品性能的主要因素抑色剂、酸碱平衡调整剂、增效剂等。进行了杀菌剂对养鸡场、水产养殖场的杀菌消毒试验,并对常见鱼虾病毒和鸡场的杀灭效果进行了应用试验。结果表明,所制备的杀菌剂毒性低、杀灭病毒效果优良,是一种有广泛应用情景的新型消毒杀菌剂。
A novel gemini cationoc surfactants-bis-quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized. And a new type germicide was prepared from gemini cationoc surfactants. The technological conditions such as tempera- ture, ratio of his-quaternary ammonium to bromide, catalyst and directions for producing chemicals were dis- cussed. The application of the germicide for fish and shrimp virus, aquatic products industry, and chicken breed farm were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the germicide had good germicide effects with low toxicity and widely used as a new kind of sanitizer.
