模式识别受体在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是动脉壁的慢性炎症性疾病。免疫反应参与动脉粥样硬化形成的全过程。先天免疫反应的激活在动脉粥样硬化形成中具有重要作用。对先天免疫反应及模式识别受体在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用进行研究不仅有助于理解动脉粥样硬化形成过程,而且还能通过直接干扰动脉粥样硬化形成中的炎症反应过程来提供抗动脉粥样硬化治疗的新方案、新策略。本文对此作一综述。 Atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease characterized by chronic inflammation in the artery wall. Immune responses participate in every phase of atherosclerosis. It now appears that activation of innate immune responses play a major role in atherosclerotic lesion development, This review focuses on the role of innate immune response and pattern recognition receptors in the development and progression of atherosclerosis. The involvement of these specific receptors in athero- genesis will not only help us to better understand of the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, but it also provides new strategies for therapeutic manipulation that could ameliorate the atherosclerotic inflammatory response directly.
