基于数值模拟的沥青路面结构可靠度分析 被引量:12

摘要 以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,进行了沥青路面结构可靠度的分析与计算,讨论了几何建模、网格划分、失效概率的计算、随机输入输出变量的确定、各设计参数的变异性对于沥青路面结构可靠度的影响、设计参数的相关性等问题。并通过基于多层弹性层状体系应力计算程序对可靠度计算方法进行了检验。结果表明:模量的变异比厚度的变异对可靠度影响大,尤其以土基模量的变异性对可靠度影响最大;面层厚度的变异对于可靠度的影响也比较大。输入变量相关程度都比较低。有限元软件ANSYS计算沥青路面结构可靠度有足够的精度,且计算简便,可以作为路面结构可靠度领域的一种新的计算途径。 The reliability of asphalt pavement structure was analyzed by taking advantages of the finite element method (FEM) software ANSYS.Some problems, including FEM modelling, network meshing, simulation of the input and output parameters, calculation of failure probability, the most important parameters affecting reliability of asphalt pavement structure, and the correlation of the parameters, were discussed. The solution of the simulation was compared with the method which is based on the elastic layers stress calculating program.The conclusion demonstrates that, the variation of module has more impacts on the reliability of asphalt pavement structure than that of thickness, especially the variation of the module of the sub grade; the variation of the thickness of surface layer also impacts on the reliability; the parameters are statistic independent. It is convenient to use ANSYS to calculate the reliability of asphalt pavement structure, and the solution has enough precision.The numerical simulation could be a new method to calculate the reliability of pavement structures.
