文章阐述了亚健康状态的概念,成因与临床表现,探讨了中医学关于"治未病"的理论及其防治亚健康状态的方法,具有一定的指导作用。
The paper expounded the concept, etiological factors and clincal situation of sub-health, and investigated the theory of following disease＇s prognosis of traditional Chinese medicine and preventive methods for sub-health, with a certain directing effect.
