摘要
分析了带式输送机断带事故发生的原因,介绍了国内外现有各种皮带断带抓捕工具的研究现状。
Belt conveyor is main equipment used to transport bulk material with the features of high in transport capacity,simple in structure,lower in operation cost and easy to maintenance,so it is widely equipped in harbor,main,power plant,coking plant and colliery.However,the belt often broken due to the reasons both in itself and working condition after long period running time,which result in damage of belt,gearbox,the frame of conveyor,shut down the operation and even person injury.This paper analyzed the reasons of belt breakage,discussed the current research situation on vary grab devices for belt breakage both in domestic and overseas.
