摘要
广西连续14年全国产糖第一。文章分析了广西发展节约循环型蔗糖业的重要性和必要性,从蔗糖产业与其他产业之间、蔗糖产业内部两方面探讨了节约循环型蔗糖业的发展路径,提出优化原料蔗生产布局,做大做强产业龙头,完善"订单农业+价格联动"利益联结机制等保障措施。
In the last 14 years, Guangxi consecutively claimed the first position in the national sugarcane production. The importance and necessity of developing sugarcane industry based on saving and recycling economy in Guangxi were analyzed. The development path were discussed from the aspects of sugarcane industry and the other industry, the internal sugarcane industry. Some security measures were pointed out including optimizing the sugarcane resources production layout, making the leading enterprises of industry stronger and bigger, improving the interest bonding institution of ＇ ordering agriculture ＋ price linkage＇.
