摘要
试验优化了传统的半连铸生产工艺,并研究了合金锭的均质化处理工艺。结果表明,工艺优化后,主要元素及杂质Fe的含量在达到设计要求的同时,不带入新的杂质,净化了镁合金基体。确定了最佳的均质化工艺参数为400~430℃保温10~15h。AZ70合金铸锭经410℃/12h均质化处理后,整个横截面的组织及力学性能均匀,且具有较高的塑性,其伸长率为8.16%。
The conventional semi-continuous casting was optimized to improve the quality of Mg alloy billets,and the homogenization of magnesium alloy billets was described.The results reveal that the main alloy element and impurity Fe content meet the designed requirements without the introduction of new impurities after the processing optimization,purifying the magnesium alloy billets.The desirable homogenization parameters with holding at 400-430℃ for 10-15 h were obtained.The uniform microstructure in whole cross-section of AZ70 alloy billets with better mechanical properties and plasticity of 8.16% can be observed with homogenizing at 410℃ for 12 hours.
