橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩的MRI量化诊断分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩的MRI量化诊断标准。方法:对22例橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩患者行MRI检查,测量脑干及其周围间隙的大小,并行相对值计算,与120例正常成年人及正常老年人进行比较。结果:橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩患者除中脑前后径与正常老年人无差别外,桥脑、延髓前后径均比正常成年人及正常老年人缩小,其周围间隙较正常成年人及正常老年人缩小,其周围间隙较正常成年人及正常老年人增大,脑干与周围间隙比值在诊断橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩时更加敏锐。结论:MRI可以为橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩的诊断提供量化诊断标准。 Objective: To explore an MRI quantitative diagnostic standard for olivopontocerebellar atrophy (OPCA). Methods:Twenty--two cases of OPCA were examined by using MRI. The data of the brainstem and its adjacent space were measured and the relative data were calculated. The data were contrasted to those of 120 normal adults and 57 normal old people. Results :The anteroposterior data of the pons and medulla of patient with OPCA were reduced,compared with those of normal adults and normal old people except the data of mesencephalon of normal old people. The data of the adjacent space of the brainstem of patients with OCPA were increased,compared with those of normal adults and normal people. The ratio of the brainstem to its adjacent space was more sensitive in the diagnosis of OPCA. Conclusion. MRI can provide a quantitative diagnostic standard for OPCA.
