摘要
针对转K6型转向架摇枕,运用有限元理论对构件疲劳寿命进行分析。首先对摇枕进行三维实体建模和有限元应力分析,其次按准静态法得到实测载荷下摇枕各处的应力谱,最后结合B级铸钢的S-N曲线,得出了该摇枕在不同疲劳降低系数下的疲劳寿命,与摇枕疲劳试验结果相近。
Using the bolster of the ZK6 bogie as an example, this paper introduces the process of fatigue life analysis of a component based on the load spectrum tested on the actual roadway. First, the model of the bolster is created and the stress of every part of it is computed. Then in accordance with the quasistatic method, the stress spectrum of different points of the model are derived by combining the measured load spectrum. The fatigue life of the whole component is calculated in combination with the S - N relations of the BZG material, which is close to the test results.
