摘要
简要介绍了目前摆式列车采用的倾摆作动器原理及特点,阐述了直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统技术。通过与传统的电液伺服系统及机电式伺服系统进行对比分析,可以看出运用直驱式容积控制电液伺服技术生产的机电液作动器具有体积小、质量轻、适应振动工作环境的特点,在未来摆式列车倾摆控制系统上具有广阔的运用前景。
The principles and the characters of actuators of tilting wains at present are introduced in this paper.Besides, direct drive volume control electro- hydraulic servo system technology is described. From the comparative analysis between traditional electro- hydraulic servo system and mechano - electronic servo system, mechanic - electric - hydraulic actuator utilizing the technology of direct drive volume control electro - hydraulic servo system have significant advantage in the following aspects, such as its small volume, light weight and adaptability with the vibration working conditions. Therefore, it will be widely used in the future tilting trains tilting control system.
