摘要
研究了工艺条件、化学组成、显微结构与材料性能的关系,制备了双相Sialon材料。该材料室温抗折强度、断裂韧性分别达到624MPa、4MPa·m1/2,硬度达到Hv2000左右。其最佳烧结温度为1550℃,1.5h。添加剂Y2O3、Al2O3和AlN的最佳含量分别为10%、5%、5%。
The double phase sialon materiaI was successfully investigated through repeating test in technology, composition,structure, property. The bending strength of the double phase sialon material has reahed 624 MPa. The Hardhess hasreached Hv 2000. The fracture toughness property has reached 4 MPa·m1/2 under. normal temperature. Its optimum sintering temperature is 1550℃, holding time 1. 5h. The most proper contents of adding opnt Y2O3, Al2O3 and AIN arerespectively 10 %, 5 % and 5 %.
