摘要
为寻找快捷有效的液体火箭发动机健康监控方法,采用了灰色模型GM(1,1)模型及残差修正方法对某型液体火箭发动机点火后初期推力进行预测,预测精度与实时性能指标都比较好。为进一步提高精度指标,采用无偏灰色模型UGM(1,1)进行预测,取得了良好的效果。结果表明,灰色理论通过修正可以应用于液体火箭发动机状态监测与预报中,且效果好。
The grey model theory for finding a rapid and efficient way to the health monitoring of the Liquid Rocket Engine (LRE) are studied, and the thrust parameters at the initial stage of the LRE after ignition are predicted with GM(1,1) model which is revised by the residual error model. In order to get a higher precision, The UGM(1,1) model is adopted in the prediction and a good result is so obtained. The results demonstrate that the theory used in the state monitoring and prediction of LRE is high in efficiency and has a good real time characteristic.
