阐述并定义了规则合成的概念；研究了规则合成可信度算法的相关公式及其适用条件；推导证明了有关公式或引（定）理；总结归纳出了算法步骤并给出算例。
This paper elaborates and defines the concept of rules combination,studies the related formulas and their suitable condition concering the credibility algorithm of rules combination,deduces and proves the related lemmas or theorems, summarizes and concludes the steps of its algorithm and finally,gives an example.
