摘要
健脾理气中药辅助经导管肝动脉灌注化疗药物加栓塞术（简称ＴＡＣＥ术）治疗晚期肝癌３７例，并与西药对症支持疗法辅助ＴＡＣＥ作对照。临床观察结果显示，健脾理气中药较单纯西药支持疗法有减轻化疗药物毒副作用，改善患者全身情况，缩短ＴＡＣＥ术间隔时间，增大用药剂量，从而协同、增加抗癌药物疗效，延长患者生存期作用。以上指标组间差异均有统计学意义。
Herbal medicines with regulating qi and invigorating the stomach were used to supplement transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) in treating 37 patients with advanced hepatic carcinoma. The results showed that herbal medicines could relief the toxic and side effects of TACE, shorten the interval between the two periods of TACE and increase the dosage of chemotherapy.It is suggested that herbal medicines stabilize the cancer,increase the effects of antitumor drugs and provide the chance of treatment.
