摘要
采用单根线全周连续缝合替换二尖瓣40例，对照其他缝合方法，使升主动脉阻断时间及体外循环时间缩短。全组病例术发生连续缝合法导致的瓣周漏等并发症。
The method and result in 40 cases who received replacement of mitral valve by all round continuous suture used single thread were reported. Contrasting other sutures, the blocking time of ascending aorta and time of cardiopulmonary bypass were shortened. It was showed that the complications as perivalve fistula caused by continuous suture were not occured in all patients.
