本文介绍一种人胎盘DNA的碱变性提取法、并对提取过程中应注意的问题和解决方法进行了分析和讨论。
A method of isolation mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)from human placentas by alkaline lysis was reported.Some important points in this experiment and how to treat them were analyzed and discussed.
