摘要
探讨现阶段医院药房生存发展策略。应用战略规则分析法(SWOT法),就医院药房内部环境所具有的优势与劣势和外部环境所面临的机会与威胁进行分析,探寻发展策略。结果表明,医院药房在医改不断深入和社会药店激烈竞争的背景下,既具有自身的优势,又面临挑战。只有不断完善自身的服务,充分发挥技术特长,才能保持良性发展态势,为社会和人民做出更大的贡献。
The paper explored strategies of the existence and development of hospital pharmacy in the current phase. It used strategic regulation to analyze advantages and disadvantages of the inner surrounding and the opportunities and challenges the outer surrounding that the hospital pharmacy is faced with. Moreover, it seeks to find out strategies of development, and tries to show that in the circumstances of increasingly intense medical transformation of the hospital and competition with the drugstores in the market, the hospital pharmacy has its own advantages and is also faced with challenges. The hospital pharmacy can keep benign developing tendency and make more contribution to society and people only by constant perfection of its service and development of its professional skills.
