摘要
本文研究了用薄层扫描法测定息喘灵片中的茶碱含量的方法。平均回收率为９９５４％，ＲＳＤ变异系数为０３５％。方法简便、快速准确。
The TLC-densitometric determination of theophyllline in Xi Chuanling tablet has established.The solution of sample and of authentic theophylline were spotted on a silica gel GF254 plate and developed with chloroform-methanol-ethyl acetate-ammonia water (50∶10∶10∶1).The spots were scanned with CS-930 TLC scanner at λS=272nm and λR=315nm, for theophylline.The result is accurate, the reproductibility is good.
