摘要
本文对麻黄生物碱与取代苯甲醛衍生而来的10种唑烷的水解开环反应的热力学性质进行研究,测定了开环反应活化能Ea值,并且测定了不同温度下活化焓ΔrH≠、活化熵ΔrS≠、活化自由能ΔrG≠、活化平衡常数K≠,并对水解开环机理进行了探讨。
The thermodynamics of hydrolysis open cycle reaction of oxazolidine pro-drugs derived from ephedrine of pseudoephedrine and substituted benzaldehyde were studied.The activation energy Ea of the hydrolysis open cycle reaction of oxazolidines were determined.The activation enthalpy ΔrH≠, activation entropy ΔrS≠, activation free energy ΔrG≠, activation equilibrum constant K≠ of the hydrolysis open cycle reactions of 10 oxazolidines derivatives were measured.
