摘要
目前，从体表扫查，超声诊断胃癌不如Ｘ线钡餐检查和内镜检查。Ｘ线和内镜检查对胃部疾病的诊断是较好的方法，但对胃癌浸润深度，淋巴结转移的诊断是困难的，而超声扫查确能弥补其不足。
Diagnosis of gastric carcinoma by ultrasonic examination is not better than by x-ray and endoscopic examination. Examination by x-ray and endoscopy is good method of diagnosis for gastric cancer, but it is difficult to adjudgement infiltration depth of tumour and lymphatic metastasis. On the contrary, ultrasonic scan can make up deficiency.
