摘要
为解决纯棉高支高密织物的浆纱问题,从聚丙烯酸类浆料的结构设计开始,对聚丙烯酸类单体的性能和特点进行研究,并对单体进行选配,通过试验寻找软单体和硬单体的最佳比例,合成了吸湿再黏性小和浆膜强力高的新型聚丙烯酸类浆料。红外光谱表明各单体都参与了聚合;通过激光散射仪的检测得出所合成浆料的粒子直径为4.9μm;依据对棉纱线及棉纤维的微观结构分析,认为浆料粒子的这一尺寸对经纱的渗透和黏附非常有利,适合于棉纱和棉纤维上浆。实际浆纱试验结果证明了上述结论。
To meet the sizing needs of high-count and high-density pure cotton fabrics, a new acrylic size with low backstaining and high strength of size film was synthesized through studying the nature and characteristics of acrylics monomers, analyzing and selecting suitable monomers, and determining the best proportion of soft monomer to hard monomer. IR study showed that all the monomers participate in the polymerization. Laser diffractometry illustrated that the diameter of the new size particulate is 4.9μm, which is very suitable for penetrating into and sticking to cotton yarns, this is why the new acrylic size was performance as sizing agent. And it was proven by sizing experiments.
