摘要
为了适应双引纬及多引纬织造的发展需求,根据机织双引纬及多引纬织造的生产要求和机构特点,提出每次引双纬或多纬机织物组织的设计表达方式。该设计方法采用经纱位置图表示织物组织结构,通过经纱相对于各引纬器的位置来反映经纱的开口运动状态,改变了传统上机图的布局,使之符合多眼综丝的生产织造,并由此设计了新的穿综图和纹板图。通过间隔机织物及角联锁织物的设计应用,验证了此设计方法在多层复杂机织组织设计上应用的可行性,对多层复杂机织物的设计和生产有一定的指导作用。
To adapt to the development of double or more picking technology, according to the request of weaving and mechanismic characteristic, a new design method of double or more picking was put forward. The weave was expressed by the warp position draft and the condition of warp shedding was reflected by the warp position relative to weft carrier. Having changed the traditional drafting arrangement made that accord with heddles of more eyes, then design the new harness draft and chain draft. Through designing space woven and angular interlocking structure woven, the feasibility of this new design method on more layers woven fabric was validated and this new design method had certain guiding significance for designing and weaving the more layers woven fabric.
