厌氧消化过程微生物四种群生态系统数学模型

摘要 对于含有硫(硝)酸盐的复杂有机废水,硫(硝)酸盐还原菌对厌氧消化代谢途径有重要影响。本文将硫(硝)酸盐还原菌与产氢产乙酸菌之间视为互惠共济关系,与产甲烷菌之间视为竞争抑制关系,采用Voltera模型表达各微生物种群的动态平衡关系。最后,基于全混合式反应器厌氧消化过程基质动态平衡方程,获得了用4维二阶非线性微分方程表达的非捕食双链交联微生物四种群系统的生态数学模型。 During anaerobic treatment of sulphate containing complex organic wastewater,sulphate reducing bacteria (SRB) exist imporant effects on the metabolic pathways of anaerobic digestion.It is assumed that the reciprocal relation and the competitive inhibition relation between SRB and H 2 producing-acetogenic bacteria or methanogenic bacteria,respectively.So,Volterra model is adopted to describe the dynamic balance of the microbial population.Bassed on the dynamic mass balance equation of substrate in anaerobic digestion process of fully mixed reactor,the mathematical models can be expressed as four dimensional second order nonlinear differential equations,which are ecological model of four microbical populations with interactive non-predatory chain.
