摘要
目的:探讨几种低温灭菌方法对内镜细胞刷的灭菌效果。方法:内镜细胞刷浸染枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢(ATCC9372),干燥后分别经戊二醛浸泡3 h、4 h、5 h,戊二醛熏蒸3 h、5 h和环氧乙烷灭菌处理,采样培养7 d。结果:内镜细胞刷经戊二醛浸泡3 h、4 h不能完全杀灭细胞刷污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢,浸泡5 h,则可完全杀灭芽孢,达到灭菌合格;经戊二醛熏蒸3 h、5 h,不能完全杀灭细胞刷污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢;经环氧乙烷灭菌,能完全杀灭细胞刷污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢,达到灭菌合格。结论:戊二醛浸泡5 h灭菌和环氧乙烷气体灭菌可有效杀灭内镜细胞刷污染的细菌芽孢,达到灭菌效果。
Objective: To explore the efficient of low Temperature sterile methods for endoscopic brushing cells. Methods: The contaminated brushing cells with Bacillus vat. niger spore were sterilised by six methods: A dipping in glutaraldehyde for 3h, B dipping in glutaraldehyde for 4h, C dipping in glutaraldehyde for 5h, D fumigated with glutaraldehyde for 3h, E fumigated with glutaraldehyde for 5h, F sterilized with ethylene oxide.The brushing cells were sampled and did gennieulture for 7d.Results: The sterilization methods of A, B, D and E cannot killed Bacillus vat.niger spore contaminated on brushing cells, but the meteds of C and D can do.Condusion: Two sterihzation methods that dipping in dipping in glutaraldehyde for 5h and sterilized with ethylene oxide can kill all the spores of bacillus vat. niger contaminated on endoscopic brushing cells.
