摘要
目的:探讨肺部真菌感染与相关基础疾病的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法:对56例肺部真菌感染患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:肺部真菌感染的病原菌主要为念珠菌、曲菌,临床表现无特异性,病死率较高。56例患者均有基础疾病,早期诊断仍较困难。结论:多种基础疾病继发感染是肺部真菌感染的重要原因,其临床表现特异性少,病死率较高。
Objective： To explore the clinical feature,treatment and future of pulmonary fungus infection and its related disease.Methods：56 cases of pulmonary fungus infection were studied. Results： Causes of pulmonary fungus infection were candida, aspergillus. Clinical feature of pulmonary fungus infection weren＇t typical, and while it were characterized by higher death reate, having other related diseases and differenty to diagnose. Conclusion： The main causes of pulmonary fungus infection were secondary infection resulted by primary diseases.
